The Lake Screening at USU
An environmental nuclear bomb looms in Utah, two intrepid scientists and a political insider race the clock to save their home from an unprecedented catastrophe. This free public screening will be followed by a Q&A with those leading the efforts to save and conduct essential research on Great Salt Lake. Dr. Brian Steed (former Commissioner of the Great Salt Lake), Dr. Stacia Ryder (Great Salt Lake Social Science Network Leader), and Dr. Patrick Belmont (USU water scientist) will serve as panelists and Sarah Koenigsberg (filmmaker, USU PhD student in Environment in Society) as the moderator.
